Meeting with the Deputy Minister of Justice of Moldova

On September 29, 2026, in Chisinau, a meeting was held between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Farrukh Homiddin Sharifzoda and Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova Eduard Serbenko.
The sides discussed the development of Tajik-Moldovan cooperation in the legal field, including strengthening the bilateral legal framework, mutual legal assistance, recognition and enforcement of court decisions, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, as well as exchange of experience in the digitalisation of legal services.
The meeting also addressed direct cooperation between relevant institutions, exchange of experience and strengthening professional contacts. The sides reaffirmed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and further develop bilateral cooperation in the legal sphere.
